Job: Workday Administrator – HR Modules
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Administrator to join our clients team based from home with some occasional travel to Bedford or London.
As a Workday Administrator focusing on the HR modules, you will be responsible for delivering Workday technology solutions that align with business strategies, while enabling efficiency, and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and translate those business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Workday platform.
Supporting the review, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Workday module(s) upgrades and releases of the following functional areas: HCM and Learning.
Collaborating with executive leadership and People Team members to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions.
Configuring system upgrades and developing new functionality while ensuring communication with all Workday users.
Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
Carrying out testing activities and recommending solutions, or alternate methods, to meet business requirements.
Supervising the input of and ensuring the integrity of highly confidential employee data.
Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users including managing escalated tickets.
Creating and maintaining documentation on Business Processes, configuration, and other resources as needed.
Collaborating on the creation of complex reports.
Serving as representative and liaison between the People Team, the Digital and Technology team, external vendors, and other stakeholders for design and implementation projects.
Ensuring system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Researching and participating in Workday community to resolve issues where answers are unknown and implement those solutions.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Workday administration experience of HR and payroll modules.
Previous work experience with the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Able to complete Excel pivot tables and V-Lookups.
Able to exercise discretion over confidential and sensitive employment information with strong security and confidentiality practices.
An ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyse new issues.
Ability to manage change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.
Experience of directly educating and solving employee HRIS questions and concerns.
Experience in embedding Workday in a large complex organisation (preferred).
Experience of working with Allocate/HealthRoster (preferred).
