Technical Specialist – Intune / Autopilot – £50K-£57K – Remote First Organisation

Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with an exciting SaaS company within the life science sector for an experienced Technical Specialist to provide expert day-to-day support for enterprise technology solutions.

The successful candidate serve as a primary technical liaison between technology service partners, subject matter experts and service providers. Ensure all environments are stable, available and performing in accordance with required standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administration, support and deployment of technologies including Endpoint, Autopilot, Intune, Teams, Azure
Work extensively with 3rd party vendors and contribute to Windows development in a SaaS environment
Ensure all company devices adhere to Information Security policies and procedures
Act as a key contact for managed service providers, promptly and effectively resolving or escalating issues as they arise
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of company IT assets
Oversee the roll out of new capabilities as required, ensuring all necessary workflows and procedures have been properly captured and documented
Investigate potential and actual service and operational problems, recommending and implementing solutions and improvements as appropriate in a timely way
Actively participate in technical workshops as a key stakeholder and subject matter expert to support identification and/or satisfactory resolution of issues
Exercise cost control and manage expenditure to work within agreed operating budget
Essential Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience in the delivery of Intune/Autopilot solutions
Strong Experience with one or more of the following: Azure, M365 services (AVD, Intune, EOP, Teams, SharePoint), Microsoft Active Directory, best practice, security, administration including certificates
Working experience of administration, support and deployment of Enterprise technologies
Delivery of Enterprise systems from the ground up
Experience of working effectively with managed service providers and 3rd parties
Some knowledge of Enterprise Architecture practices
Package:

Up to £57K basic salary
Predominantly remote – (1X per month trips to the office)
