Job Description
Role: Strategic Client Manager (Healthcare Software)
Salary: £60K -£65K + £20K Commission
Benefits: Pension, PMI, Life Assurance, Income Protection + Significant Soft Benefits Package
Location: Remote/ Regular face to face on-site visits with the top 20% of the company’s customers.
Are you a successful Salesperson, Account Manager, Account Director, or Client Manager with a successful track record in the Healthcare Software (SaaS) industry? To be successful you will need to demonstrate your ability to develop strategic client relationships with the NHS whilst upselling and cross selling new software products and ensuring contract renewals. In this role you have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
Requirements:
* A full UK Driving license with appropriate vehicle insured for business use.
* Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in Senior Sales Account Development, Account Management & Client Management in the Healthcare software sector, selling to the NHS.
* An Exceptional Pro-active approach to delivering optimal customer service combined with a solution focused attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Making and carrying out strategic individual client sales plans to find possibilities for revenue growth, comprehend customer strategies, control risk, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver revenue growth within each account.
* Achieving renewal, incremental and new business sales targets.
* Managing the ongoing relationships with the top 20% of clients, guaranteeing frequent in-person site visits when necessary, providing great customer service, and increasing customer retention.
* Escalating client issues through the resolution process and ensuring they are resolved.
* Increasing revenue from each customer by cross-selling additional products, such as operational effectiveness audits and accompanying training
* Supporting the sales operations Team with the preparation of proposals, tenders, and statements of work
* Keeping precise records of every interaction with customers in the CRM system and in other forms as needed
* Supporting the sales Team with attendance at conferences and exhibitions.
