Service Manager – PMS / Portfolio Management

Akkodis is currently recruiting for a Portfolio Service Manager to join our client on a 9 month initial contract.

Role: Service Manager – Portfolio Management (PMS)
Duration: 9 Months
Rate: £400 – £449 per day
Status: Outside IR35
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid Mix)
Security Status: SC Cleared is a preference

The purpose of the role is to work closely across a shared function delivering service delivery, management and support to a portfolio of managed services. Your role will be to continually monitor, measure and manage quality and performance of the portfolio programmes as they continue to evolve.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and leadership
Plan co-ordinate and deliver a consistent stream of actions, improvements and outcomes to improve the service delivery maturity
Pro active in identifying, analysing and delivering process improvements by monitoring the performance against KPIs and targetsSpecific Technical/Functional Skills and Experience

ITIL foundation certificate or V3 / V4 Qualification
Strong experience within service management ideally within public sector / defence environments
Excellent problem solving abilities
Strong stakeholder management
Microsoft package experience & Service management tools
SC Clearance is desirable or an ability to undertake the clearanceInterested?
