Job Description
Service Desk Team Leader – Legal Industry – Central Leeds – Salary Up to £34,000
We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Team Leader (Level 1) to join a prestigious Law firm in Central Leeds. This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of Service Desk Engineers, providing technical support and delivering excellent customer service.
Reporting to the IT Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible for the following duties:
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the Service Desk team
* Proactively monitor and manage the performance of the Service Desk team
* Ensure that all incidents and service requests are responded to in a timely manner
* Provide technical guidance and support to the team
* Ensure that Service Level Agreements and quality standards are met
* Develop and implement new processes and procedures for the Service Desk
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
* Provide leadership and mentoring to the Service Desk team via coaching/ mentoring and 121s
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading a Service Desk team and have excellent customer service skills. You will have strong problem solving and analytical skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure.
Technical Skills Required:
* Experience in leading a Service Desk team
* Windows 10, Windows Server
* Active Directory and Group Policy
* Microsoft Office 365
* Networking and Cloud Technologies
* Knowledge of ITIL
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
