Senior Software Engineer, Team Leader (Hybrid Working)

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Hybrid

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + Pension + Benefits

About the Role

A Senior Software Engineer with Team Leading experience has an excellent and challenging opportunity to supervise a small team of software developers in order to maintain and enhance a set of the company's products. As a Senior Software Engineer, Team Leader, this is a hands on development role, and you will be responsible for the day to day running of this team, ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled. Essentially, you will provide the support to your team required for their development, progression and ultimate success within the company!

We are very keen to speak to Senior Software Engineer, Team Leader candidates with the following experience:

* At least 12 months' experience supervising or mentoring software developers.
* Provable track record of delivering projects to a high standard, with minimal
defects.
* Be able to demonstrate work that has pushed an organization forward, such as,
improving standards, deploying new technologies that are consistent with the roadmap,
improving business processes
* Strong interpersonal skills to mentor or supervise a team of engineers.
* Excellent problem-solving ability.
