Job Description

Senior Product role in an independent green-tech consultancy.
Product involves B2B ecommerce site.

Take part in transforming UK’s energy systems by joining this independent consultancy centre, by creating innovative solutions enabling their clients and customers to reach their net-zero objectives. This role entails overseeing the functional development of a B2B ecommerce site and collaborating with various business partners to provide customer support and ensure seamless operation of our product portfolio.

What you’ll be doing
You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Head of Product, playing a pivotal role in the creation and expansion of digital products and services across the entire product life cycle. Your responsibilities will include managing the development of the B2B ecommerce site, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and establishing robust internal development procedures. Additionally, you will be tasked with driving product improvement, identifying strategic opportunities, and ensuring the timely delivery of the product within agreed budgets.
As a Product Manager, you would ideally possess extensive experience in product operations and have successfully helped scaling digital ecommerce websites in previous roles.

What experience you’ll need

Previous experience scaling and enhancing digital products across full product lifecycle.
Past experience working on B2B ecommerce sites.
Experience and confidence using agile methods.
Experience developing products with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in translating customer requirements and technical details.
Bea good strategic thinker, who understand the company’s vision, mission and strategy, and can drive external factors impacting the future direction of the business.
Experienced working with cross-functional teams from diverse business units such as Development, Customer Support and Finance.
Ability to identify profitable opportunities and potential cost efficiencies.
