Salary: £20,000 – £27,000

I am working with a Managed Service Provider that work exclusively within the education sector, providing support to to Schools. This position we are looking for an IT Support Analyst to support a High School in the L11 area of Liverpool.

The MSP that you will be working for are an incredible outfit with some superb training plans and facilities, and have a really good bunch of Engineers who are very tight knit, you will get truly looked after here.

Skills from you:
** Microsoft Windows and Server operating system knowledge
** Veeam
** Microsoft Intune
** Office 365
** Sophos Enterprise
** Hyper – V / VMWare
** DBS Clearance

Responsibilities:
** Provide support both remotely and face to face to teachers and pupils.
** Provide Windows Server, mobile device and network infrastructure support.
** Provide support for other technicians and work as part of the team.
** Provide hands on advice and guidance to the school to help develop their IT network.
** Maintain a helpdesk facility providing clients with feedback to tickets proactively and in a timely manner.
