Job Description: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customised solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to understand requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other related technologies.
Connect with Client SPOC/Application Architect to validate business requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test cases, and user guides.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software. Proficient with Salesforce Security Model: Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets & Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules, Apex Sharing, Sharing Sets etc.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.Qualifications:

4+ Years of Salesforce experience
Strong experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Benefits:
