Job Description

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, data input, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. Main Duties:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales documents, maintaining customer records, and organizing sales reports.
* Accurately input and update sales data into our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing.
* Monitor sales data, generate reports, and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making.
* Support the sales team in managing customer relationships, including handling customer requests, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
* Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications / Knowledge:
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, with a strong emphasis on data input and administration.
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
