Product Support Technician
£35,000 – £50,000 Per Annum DOE

Cooper Lomaz are working with a global company with an office in Ipswich to source a product support technician to join their IT team. This hybrid job will require you to be a proactive person, who can remain calm under pressure, and be able to work in a fast-paced team. This job opportunity will be supporting software relevant to the financial industry, responding to tickets and liaising with the wider IT team.
Manage the IT tickets
Support the company’s software, identifying and resolving faults
Analyse data to forecast ongoing issues and highlight positive responseAbout you:
The client is looking for someone who processes experience within IT support, working with external clients and delivering support remotely. You will:
Have experience in IT support
Have experience with SQL Server and Databases
Have experience in product support Desirable
Experience with API
Knowledge and understanding of C#
*Please note that this is a hybrid role and requires you to be in the Ipswich office 3 days per week
