This is a brilliant opportunity for a Process Excellence Lead to join the Insurance Broker Accounting (IBA) function of this insurance brokerage giant

As a business, they are investing in a significant transformation of People, Process & Technology and are hiring for a Process Excellence Lead (IBA) as part of this change

This is a new role for IBA and is a unique opportunity to help develop and embed a culture of Process Excellence / Process Improvement across the function.

Working closely with the Leadership Team to identify opportunities, while developing & training Managers & Team Members on Lean / 6 Sigma tools and techniques, identifying 'waste' in current processes, and facilitating projects for its removal.

Through the analysis of processes and pain points, this role will be responsible for identifying innovative ways of improving the efficiency of IBA and how we work with the Business.

This is a really interesting role where you will be able to sit your direct input from day one

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Insurance / Financial Services experience
Lean / Six Sigma (Black Belt) or similar qualifications
Project Management PMP, Prince 2 or MSP certification
Excellent knowledge of business improvement and change management methodologies
Experience of leading and developing a Process Excellence Culture in a similar sized functionThis is an absolutely fascinating role, and will be a huge achievement for the right person
