Job Title: Pre-Sales Technical Architect
Location: Birmingham, UK
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are a leading IT solutions provider based in Birmingham, UK, seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to provide technical solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs
* Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients
* Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for infrastructure solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, diagrams, and specifications
* Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
* Provide technical support to sales teams during the sales process

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or engineering
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical architecture or pre-sales technical role
* In-depth knowledge of infrastructure solutions, including server hardware, networking, storage, and cloud services
* Strong technical skills in Microsoft Azure, VMware, and other relevant technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
