Excellent opportunity for a people manager with good experience of Software systems to join a global powerhouse looking to expand their Senior Management team in Scunthorpe offering further progression routes, several major projects to get involved in, and the chance to build out your department.

This company are undergoing a major modernisation programme at the moment and are looking for a manager to come into the Systems Team to lead various systems projects.

In this role you will report directly into the IT Director and be responsible for a team of Systems Engineers. You'll be project manager for all system modernisation projects across the group, implement quality assurance policies, and implement MES systems. You'll be site based in Scunthorpe at least 3 days a week.

The ideal candidate will be a Systems Engineering Manager, Lead Systems Engineer with people management experience, or an MES Manager. Experience within a Manufacturing or Industrial environment is essential.
