Job Description

Lead ServiceNow Developer – Salary up to £65,000 – Remote

Overview

We have partnered with one of our leading clients within the Technology and Software space, to aid them in hiring a ServiceNow Developer.

The objective of this role is to deploy, maintain and improve the ServiceNow Service Management platform. The role requires you to work closely with team members stakeholders to provide system development, delivery, testing and documentation services.

Responsibilities:

* Develop, test, and document working custom developments, integrations, and data migrations for ServiceNow features, applications and projects

* Management of development pipeline and allocation of work to team

* Team management of wider ServiceNow development team

* Lead code peer reviews with a view to improve best practice

* Lead quality and testing efforts

* Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to clarify requirements and identify ways to simplify user experience

Experience:

* Experience working as a ServiceNow Developer, carrying out system maintenance and new implementations

* Experience using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Form Design and UI Actions

* Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, CMDB, Performance Analytics and Reporting

* Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform administration

* Understanding of detailed requirements and ability to own your code from design, implementation and testing through to deployment

* Proven team leadership experience
