IT Support Analyst – Entry Level

This is a great opportunity for anyone with a passion for IT and looking to start their career in the world of IT support. Our client is looking to bring in a 1st line support analyst to become part of their team supporting internal and external customers with a range of technical issues.

Based 5 days a week from the company's office in Fareham, this would be an excellent opportunity for someone with an IT degree or other IT related qualifications to get their foot in the door of IT.

The position offers scope for progression, training opportunities, an excellent company culture and a starting salary from £20,000 – £25,000 based on experience + on-call bonus.

Candidates should have knowledge (commercial or academic) in some of the following areas with further training being provided by the company:

Active Directory
Windows Server
Windows 10
Office 365 support
ITIL trainingRelevant training/qualifications might include:

IT related Degree
IT Technician traineeship (IT Career Switch)
City & Guilds IT related qualification
