IT Service Delivery Lead
£65,000 – £80,000 + bonus + remote working + benefits
Hybrid Working – 2-3 days per week in Fleet, Hampshire
IT Service Delivery lead required to join an established IT team Fleet, Hampshire that is offering hybrid working with 2-3 days per week required in the office. The IT Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for maintaining prominent levels of service with a heavy emphasis on improving the teams IT automation capability. You will have a proven record of leading an IT support function and evolving IT Service Delivery offerings across IT support and internal software applications within ITIL and ISO27001 environments. The Service Delivery lead will have the following responsibilities and key skills to be successful.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, mentor, and support service delivery team. Mentor IT support engineers through career growth and improvement in service delivery
Define and deliver the strategy, approach, and execution for Service Delivery function identifying opportunities for business process improvement.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across all areas to resolve incidents quickly and
Maintain and enhance Incident Management process in line with best practices and governance.
Continually evaluate and identify opportunities to positively impact process improvement through automation. Driving IT automation processes where possible
Manage and drive improvement to the service delivery team through reporting of performance objectives and deliverables.
Conduct regular supplier assessments to ensure performance is within SLA's.
Key Skills
A5+ years' experience in Service Delivery leadership role, leading a team of 4+ Analysts.
Experience working in ITIL and ISO27001/90021 environments.
Passion for customer Service and best practice
Knowledge in Microsoft cloud environments including automation such as Power Apps
Expertise and experience to nurture and coach existing IT support
Significant IT Service Desk experience, familiar with ITSM/ITIL practices
Excellent communication skills – both written and
