We are currently recruiting for system trainers across the North West on an initial 6 month contract
The Product Specialist is responsible for delivering and maintaining high quality, efficient and cost effective training, and product support according to customer and business requirements across the software portfolio.
Prepare, manage, and deliver customer onboarding and training sessions remotely and occasionally on site.
Communicate with other areas of the business to resolve customer queries, provide feedback, and increase personal knowledge.
Communicate regularly with customers to establish satisfaction level and any knowledge gaps or training/support requirements.
Support the Internal Training Manager in providing training and development experiences to colleagues as and when required.
Ensure that all software supplied by Positive Solutions is configured according to customer requirements.
Perform or support system or software installations as and when required.
Adhere to all Operating Procedures and Work Instructions in compliance with ISO 9001 and 2700.
Provide product support to customers and colleagues, including but not limited to; customer calls, clinics, demonstrations, site-visits, documentation, research, webinars and events.
Provide 'on call' customer support during business hours for inbound queries. Candidate Criteria
Must have pharmacy background/training experience
Ability in customer support
Use of a reliable vehicle and full UK driving license is essential.
Able to travel throughout the North West , occasional overnight stays required
£175 per day, based on a 10 hour shift
Mileage after 50 miles per day at 30ppm
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm ( travelling before and after this time)
This role has been assessed and deemed an inside IR35 role
The above rates are the umbrella company rates
