Job Description

Job Title: Head of CRM (Salesforce) – Logistics Industry
Contract Duration: 9 months (Outside IR35)
Location: London/ Remote
Day Rate: Competitive starting from £500 per day

Company Overview: I have partnered with a leading logistics company specializing in container logistics. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence, they are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Head of CRM (Salesforce) with experience in the logistics industry. This is a 9-month contract position with a competitive day rate.

Job Summary: As the Head of CRM (Salesforce), you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the customer relationship management system. You will lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce solutions to meet the specific needs of our logistics operations. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce and logistics to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with our business objectives and customer-centric approach.
Lead the customization, configuration, and integration of Salesforce to ensure it meets the specific requirements of the logistics industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize sales processes, workflows, and automation within Salesforce.
Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Salesforce implementation, data management, and reporting.
Monitor CRM system performance, analyze data, and generate insights to support strategic decision-making and sales effectiveness.
Train and support sales teams and other stakeholders on CRM system usage, features, and functionality.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements.Requirements

Experience in Salesforce (3 years minimum) 
Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and optimizations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, modules, and best practices.
Experience within a Logistics Organisation working on a Salesforce Platform
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Right to work in the UK without sponsorship:This is a 9-month contract position outside of IR35 regulations. The day rate for this role is competitive, starting from £500 per day, commensurate with experience and expertise. Please apply today with your most recent CV
