As First Line IT Support, you will be responsible for assisting the helpdesk team with first line problems. You will receive 18 months of training, gaining various accreditations, to grow and progress in application support. The ideal candidate would be somebody who has just graduated from college/Uni in an IT related subject or has been within an IT related role for a short period and is ambitious and hungry to develop their career.
The successful candidate will be joining a well-established and experienced team to help support and maintain IT services across a multi-site network.
