Job Description
Role: Enterprise Data Architect x2
Location: Hybrid – 1 day in London
IR35: Outside – £700 – £750 p/d
Clearance: SC
Concept have partnered up with a Technology Consultancy who are supporting a central government delivery key projects which we are supplying Enterprise Data Architect resource too.
The Enterprise Data Architects will be responsible for owning the creation and delivery of the outputs defined within the scope of work, which includes a report, recommendations and future road map for improvement as part of a Data Strategy review document.
The Enterprise Data Architects will work closely with Senior Central Government stakeholders to document the current data landscape across the agency, including:
Existing Data Strategies
Inflight Data Initiatives, Missions & programmes
Business goals and challenges
Technology and Data goals and challenges
Strategic data platforms
Existing Data Architecture and governance
The Enterprise Data Architects will conduct high level reviews and a gap analysis of the existing data landscape against the desired state to achieve a 'one portfolio' approach for the customers Migration & Borders programmes. They will also need to develop recommendations for future transformation, translated into a road map that defines a clear path for the OHO and M&B to operate more cohesively in line with the company's data and information vision.
Experience:
Deep and proven experience in defining, developing, and managing data architectures in large and complex organisations and enterprise architectures.
Comfortable developing and shaping the architectural vision in line with business strategy.
Proven expertise in data modelling and reference data architectures
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
