DV Cleared 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst
Polar Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international IT Services client for a customer focussed DV Cleared 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst to join the IT Support team, based at a prestigious customer site.
The DV Cleared 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst will have experience of providing 1st and 2nd line support in an enterprise environment, resolving a wide variety of desktop software issues and requests within agreed SLA's, or escalating to peers if required.
The successful candidate will have strong technical, communication and customer service skills, and will hold valid DV Level Security Clearance.
DV Cleared 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst – skills & experience:
Current DV Level Security Clearance
Previous experience providing 1st & 2nd Line Support in an enterprise environment within agreed SLA's.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and MS Office – including configuration, management and troubleshooting.
Active Directory administration skills including group policy, application delivery, troubleshooting issues
Wsus update downloads
Strong communication and customer service skills, comfortable in customer meetings.
Strong documentation skills – processes, instructions etc.
Good team player, able to mentor junior colleagues.
Professional qualification – e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft, HP, ServiceNow, ITIL desirable.
