DevOps Engineer – DevOps, AWS, Terraform, Windows, PowerShell, Remote, SC Cleared

This is a DevOps Engineer (AWS, Windows, PowerShell) for a cloud-based data, software development company based in London. Their products allow data transformation into ultra-secure cloud based environments mainly used by large enterprises and government sectors. Due to working with government sectors you will have to have an active SC Clearance.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will help lead the development of secure cloud environments, hosting data and batch/real-time analytical platforms for public and private sector clients.

Experience needed:

Experienced in AWS

Expertise in PowerShell

IaC using Terraform 

CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-code   

Windows Server Administration (2016/2019)

Kafka is a bonus

SC Clearance

Work involved:

Build, deploy and test cloud-based infrastructure and applications using CI/CD and Terraform 

Help the coding of custom test automation frameworks 

Script maintenance and updates due to changes in requirements or implementations 

Assists with setup/maintenance of environments for automated and manual testing 

Conducting gap analysis, identifying alternative solutions, and helping in the scope of modifications 

Documents changes and functions to modified or new modules and test activities/results
