Our client an established professional organisation based in Southend is looking for a Database Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will have knowledge of Property Management Software alongside excellent communication skills.

The Database Manager role involves:-

Day to day management of the QUBE MRI Property Management System, including user setups, user level amendments, user deactivation and other general system queries. Liaising with IT and / or MRI where necessary on any system issues.
Portfolio mobilisation
Resolving helpdesk queries for other systems managed by the team.
Management of projects
Setting up efficient routines / reports for statistic reporting
Testing of Property Management system upgrades and interim releases
Create VBA Reports
Provide advice to colleagues within the office regarding any fundamental IT issues.Essential requirements for the Database Manager role:-

Confident, enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to cross skill.
Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and numeracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications.
Must be highly self-motivated, professional attitude and pro-active.
Takes ownership of responsibilities and drives positive change.
Team player with experience in delivering to deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Experience using Property Management systems would be an advantage.
Keen to expand knowledge towards a technical qualification.
