Job Description

At LTE Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Data Services Officer to join the Data and Information Services Department on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

What the Data Services Officer role entails:

To develop effective relationships with a defined delivery area/team, to act as the expert and point of contact for that designated team for all aspects of data related matters
To provide timely, comprehensive and accurate responses and resolve queries on all aspects of Data Service functions
To be responsible for the accurate and efficient updating and maintaining of all aspects of student and attendance data and fees/loans confirmation
To support the face-to-face enrolment process, fee information and attendance data on to LTE group systems ensuring compliance with relevant external funding body rulesThe skills and experience required for the role of Data Services Include:

English and maths grade A* – C GCSE or equivalent
Customer Service qualification (willingness to work towards)
Evidence of commitment to personal development and continuous improvement
IT User Qualification would be desirable
Experience of working within the FE/HE sector with an in-depth knowledge of the data and funding environment of Further and Higher Education would be preferredAbout Us
