Job Title: Data Manager

Salary: £35k

Working Model: Hybrid (2-3x a week in Warwick office)

Are you a seasoned data management professional seeking a challenging role where you can make a significant impact? We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As a Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective data management practices, data governance, and data-driven decision-making within the organisation.

As part of the Fundraising department your responsibilities will include:

Lead system & data process improvements that will enhance the teams reporting and data capture capabilities
Develop data processes to govern how data is collected, recorded and stored to the database
Undertake quality checks to maximise data quality
Work with stakeholders on income generating activities
Lead on creation and implementation of data dashboards and reporting
Lead on training and development of staff system
Produce monthly reports
Routinely cleanse data to uphold its integrity
Managing a small team of data professionals, providing guidance, mentorship and fostering collaborationSkills:
