    Job Description

    Business Systems Manager – Experienced BA and Systems Analysis experience.

    UK – wide Law firm – Newcastle Upon Tyne – 45-50k + Bonus + Bens

    Fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful UK Law firm as a Business Systems Manager to assume ownership of the firm's business systems , including Eclipse Proclaim PMS, iManage, Worksite DMS and Intapp Time. You will play a key part in migration to a new PMS/DM and then maintain/develop the new system.

    Responsibilities include

    Continuous improvement of technology/business processes.
    Participate in the development of the firm's IT strategy
    Undertake systems analysis and workflow/application development.
    Plan and oversee the release of upgrades and enhancements to systems
    Develop, monitor and manage SLA's.

    Requirements

    Must have experience working in a similar role at a Law firm
    Work collaboratively with partners and the management committee
    Experience with case managements systems.
    Business Analysis and Systems Analysis expertise
