Job Description

The purpose of the role is to shape, develop, and own business readiness change activities for project and programmes, and ensure that the business is effectively prepared to realise and embed the targeted benefits. You will help lead on the definition of the overall change management strategy, plan the portfolio to support the realisation of benefits, and develop a framework to monitor change adoption. Other day-to-day responsibilities will include leading on communications to sustain the high level of engagement with key stakeholders needed to drive the process of process and technological changes; lead on stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, training strategies, and transition plans; define operational readiness measures to assess readiness to receives change; produce artefacts to document milestones; ensure the business is ready to respond to the requirements of the technical cutover plan; and lead triage to address training and post go live support issues.
Must Have
* Previous commercial experience working autonomously in a Business Change capacity covering projects of diverse sizes and complexity.
* Experience in leading Business Readiness or Change adoption workstreams.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship building and communication skills to work in a Business Partner capacity,
* Knowledge of change management methods, tools, and standards covering readiness, planning and measurement
* Previous experience delivering the successful adoption of process and technology change.
* Recognised Change Management / Project Management Certification, such as APMG, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APMP, MSP.
Nice to Have
* Experience if cloud adoption projects
* Proficient in use of delivery and collaboration tools (DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, Skype)
