They are looking for an Agile Coach to work in a dynamic team who are at the forefront of leading the way for customers and colleagues in transforming and digitising customer service journeys

Role: Agile Coach

Contract: 6 Months (extension options)

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Rate: £600 per day (inside ir35 Umbrella)

As an Agile Coach, you would play a key role by coaching our clients' leaders and Product Owners to enable high performing teams that create business and customer value.

It is a fantastic time to join our client as they are growing the lab and have significant investment for transformational initiatives in, Complaints, Knowledge Management, Resource Management, Fraud & Disputes, and Customer Service Operations.

We need someone who can:

Support Lab Leadership, Product Owners, and Teams to help build and reinforce new behaviours and ways of working.
Embed Agile, Systems Thinking and Design principles in the day-to-day work of teams, to create business and customer value.
Represent Agile culture and ways of working and be an enthusiastic advocate of it.
Use your expertise and leadership skills to support the Product Owners, challenging their thinking to ensure that the optimal method is employed within the Lab.
Cultivate the right environment, understand a range of methodologies, and can balance customer value, & risk management to drive sustainable quality.Essential Experience:

The right candidate will have:

Experience in coaching individuals and / or teams and influencing behavioural change.
Expertise across some of the following techniques: Agile / Systems Thinking / Service Design application and Scrum.
Experience of large agile transformation programmes in financial services and / or large corporate environments is helpful but not essential.
