Job Description
Talented People are currently working with a growing client who are looking to recruit an 1st Line Support Technician. Ideally someone who has worked in an accounting environment or has accounts or payroll experience.
The Role:
*
Identifying possible data and program issues
*
Logging issues and queries on our call (ticket) logging system
*
Using remote access software applications to investigate client problems.
*
Resolving client queries by phone and email in relation to the use of our range of Landmark products (particularly our accounts and property management software)
*
Reporting to the Support Services Manager
The successful applicant:

The ability to work under pressure.
*
The ability to think logically in order to resolve client queries.
*
Excellent communications skills
*
Good organisational and time management skills.
*
A good knowledge and understanding of accounts.
*
Commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
