Our View
🧿 Whatever jobs we do or whatever our challenges are, we all tend to lead very busy lives.
🧿 Unfortunately this is all too often at the detriment of our physical and mental health.
🧿 How often do you feel really stressed because you’re overworked, under appreciated and worse still when you get home you’ve taken the job home with you?
🧿 It’s an uninvited guest that partners, family and friends rarely welcome.
🧿 What they see is anger, moodiness, no patience and someone who’s not really in the room with them.
Why Mental Health in the Workplace Matters?

They’ve also developed a 3 point-plan to help employers manage mental health in the workplace.
- Promoting wellbeing for all staff
- Tackling the causes of work-related mental health problems.
- Supporting staff who are experiencing mental health problems.

- Before you even start applying for jobs do your research and find out about yourself. What jobs match your interests, desires, skills, your ideals and what type of workplace would be right for you?
