£34,000 – The median salary for working-age graduates
87.5% – This was the employment rate for working-age graduates in 2019
65.6% – Number of working-age graduates in highly skilled employment, compared with 78.9% of postgraduates and 23.9% of non-graduates
An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a software application designed for recruitment tracking purposes. They auto-filter job applications based on keywords, skills, number of years’ experience, education, and previous employer information.

Soft skills are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, character or personality traits, attitudes, mindsets, career attributes, social intelligence, and emotional intelligence.
Examples of soft skills include: Communication, Team work, Problem solving, Time management, Critical Thinking & Decision Making.
Transferable skills are abilities or competencies that a candidate has developed in one job, which could be transferred to another. With technology and job roles changing all the time employers are placing more emphasis on transferable skills when assessing candidates.
